This site sets no cookies.
Not one, not even a necessary one. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived. There is a single thing stored on your device and it is not a cookie, so the rest of this page explains what it is.

What
rks-lang
Holds one of three values: en, ms or zh.
Where
In your browser's local storage, on your own device. Local storage is not a cookie: a cookie is attached to every request your browser makes to the server, and this is never sent anywhere at all. We cannot read it and neither can anyone else.
Why
So the site opens in the language you picked instead of resetting to English on every page. Without it the language buttons still work, they just forget.
Removing it
Clear site data for rksum.my in your browser settings, or browse in a private window. The site works normally either way.
Why there is no consent banner
Because there is nothing to consent to. A banner asking permission to do nothing would be theatre, and it would sit on top of the page for someone who has twenty minutes and a deadline.
If that ever changes, the banner appears and this page changes with it on the same day. It has not changed yet.
Where cookies do appear
When you open the application form you leave rksum.my for Google Forms, and Google sets its own cookies on its own domain under its own terms. We have no control over those and cannot switch them off for you.
The same is true of the two other outside links on this site, to zakatselangor.com.my on the rubric page and to LinkedIn on the committee page. Nothing is set on rksum.my itself.
Checking this yourself. Open your browser's developer tools, go to the storage panel, and look at rksum.my. The cookie list is empty. Local storage holds one row. That is the whole of it, and it is a two minute check rather than something you have to take our word for.
